Castor oil has a history of usage in nearly every culture of the ancient world — India, China, Persia, Egypt, Africa, Greece, Rome, the Americas, and in 17th Century Europe. Its traditional applications are varied, including for skin, hair, and nail care.

Nature's Shield offers this castor oil pack finely crafted from GOTS certified organic cotton — chemical free and made from reusable material.

Waist Pack Uses

Used for skin care, over the liver, gallbladder, and uterine area. The waist pack may also be used on the chest and over the breasts.

Precautions

• Do a spot test and wait 24 hours to check the result.
• Not advised during pregnancy or the menstrual period.

Instructions – Waist Wrap

1. Apply oil to the white lining side of the pack and wrap it around your body.
2. Use the elastic straps to wrap around the area to be treated and secure in place using the button & loop closure at the back of the pack.
3. Adjust the straps to create an optimal length for your body size.
4. Leave it on for 45 minutes to 1 hour and allow the castor oil to nourish your body.
5. Remove the pack and wipe the area clean with a warm damp towel.
6. Option to place a heat pack (not included) into the front soft pouch.

Washing Instructions

• Delicate cycle, cold water wash
• Use mild detergent
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron
